Flight Date Change

Customers may be able to change their bookxtc date depending on the airline, fare rules, ticket conditions and seat availability.

How date changes work

Contact our support team with your booking reference and preferred new bookxtc date. We will check availability and explain the applicable change fee, fare difference and any other permitted charges.

Fare difference

A change may require payment of a fare difference where the new flight is more expensive. If the new fare is cheaper, the applicable airline rules will determine whether any difference is refundable or retained.

We will communicate the available option and applicable charges before the change is processed. Airline schedules and availability can change without notice.
